    Reporting an Absence

    Parents or guardians are asked to notify the school by phone at (408) 855-5532 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. In addition, parents can leave a voicemail after school hours. Please refer to the MECHS Handbook pg 28 for absence reporting procedures.

    STUDENT MEALS

    All MECHS students are eligible to receive meals from SCUSD Child Nutrition Services. Meals may be ordered online daily using the link below, and are delivered by the District prior to the MECHS lunch hour.

    FREE/REDUCED LUNCH?

    Does your student qualify for free or reduced price meals?  If so, your student can eat for free!  All students who qualify for free or reduced price meals eat at no cost.

    Student Meal Payments

    We highly encourage you to prepay your student's meals on the SchoolCafe website or you can can just type in schoolcafe.com to prepay on your student's account. Please make sure you have your student's permanent ID number.

    We are looking for our next group of amazing students for our Fall 2020-2021 cohort!

    All current 9th and 10th grade students interested in applying for admission to MECHS, and who live within the SCUSD residential boundaries may apply by completing the application below.

    open house, Saturday, December 7

    We invite all SCUSD families and residents interested in learning more about Mission Early College High School to join us at our Open House which will take place on Saturday, December 7 at 10:00 a.m.  The event will be held in the Gillmor Center Building, Room GC-103, at Mission College. 

    If you would like to attend, please register by clicking the Registration link above so that we will be able to provide you with a Guest Parking Permit for the day.

    Parents and students...We invite all of you to join the MECHS Parent Teacher Student Association! 

    Joining PTSA is a terrific way to show your support to MECHS, and puts you on the email distribution list to learn first hand about school volunteer opportunities!

    Did you know that the PTSA provides scholarships for seniors, and Game Day activities for students? 

    Membership dues are $10 per person.

    Mission College

    About Us

    Mission Early College High School is an innovative dual enrollment program that blends high school and college, and provides students an exceptional opportunity to earn a high school diploma and up to two years of college credit or an Associate's Degree in three years or less. Students take three high school classes taught by SCUSD instructors on the Mission College campus, and up to 15 units of college classes each semester with all tuition fees waived by Mission College. Students only pay a nominal health fee of $20 each semester.
